Although I loved each routine I found to date, this is one of my favorites. It crushes my soul but I feel great when it is done. Burpies following by back bows is a little punishing as I try to get my breath back but hey, no one said it would be easy! I have spread the word about this workout and others are now enjoying. I love you guys, please get up the outstanding work!

I think picking up your weight for the next excercise and putting it then down counts as weight lifting too, so maybe it would be a good idea to keep you back flat at those times as well! Just a suggestion.

My face is flushing, sweat is dripping, I'm winded and something is knocking in my head 😅 Basic old-school exercises turned into a cardio-modemhell workout!!
Love this work-out but I HATE JUMP SQUATS
i love this workout. at first i thought oh this wont be so bad. 2nd round, ok this is a good workout. third round, Jesus make it stop lol. fourth round, im done lol
I found this one deep in the archives and loved it! It's tough, but not impossible. It's a very quick workout, but very satisfying. As always, I identify the toughest and easiest exercises and use them as my 'milestones'. The burpees and 25 lb. clean & presses were the most challenging sections. The easiest exercises were jumping jacks and toe-touch crunches, so I considered them 'recovery rounds/extra rest'. Even though you have to do 5 rounds of this, it moves very quickly — not even 5 minutes per round. It's over before you know it!
Great challenging workout but she moves very, very quickly between each exercise. Have to pause after almost every one, go back, get set up, and press play. A few more seconds would make all the difference.
