The workout uses light free weights; we suggest five-pound dumbbells, but this workout is still effective if you go with lighter weights or no weights at all. I feel ungrateful writing a critical comment for a free workout lesson, which was pretty good. But I found the incessant talking and the fake laughter a little jarring. I like Ana’s energy. I think that there could be a better balance of just periods of silence or music with clear instructions. As a morning workout I found this one to be too loud and too hyper! Sorry.

So lovely revisiting this one. This was the first workout I had saved and did regularly back in 2017! Anna and Dre and Rachel’s energies and banter kept my very newbie self exercising.
