This 45 minute workout uses on set of dumbbells in an interval training format to strengthen, tone and condition the body during pregnancy in a safe and effective way. This workout is great for any trimester, as long as you have been cleared by a doctor for exercise during the pregnancy. Options for all fitness levels.

Love this, have been struggling to find something right paced with my fitness level but was empathetic to the changes that my body is going through. I have found it really difficult to adjust my mindset from 'training for goal X' to training to move and be healthy for Mom and Baby and really enjoyed all that you both had to say throughout.

I was a little intimated by the 45 minutes but it is totally doable. Jacqueline is a beast!! I hope I can keep up as good as her when I am that far along.

Coming back the next day to say… That workout was sneaky! I'm so sore! I felt a little burn during the workout but I feel like I did a way harder workout! lol

The workout is amazing. I do have to say that the amount of ads while doing an exercise is big. Why not use the break between exercises to show the ads.

LOVE this workout!! I've been doing your workout for several years and this is the first one I've come across that has ads, hate it when they pop up right in the middle of a move. Really makes me appreciate the lack of ads in all of your other videos!

Why in the world are there ads that play in the middle of an exercise? Especially an on the ground exercise that requires me to interrupt the exercise, get up off of the ground and press skip on my laptop to continue. Money hungry much?! I'll be sticking to Pregnancy & Postpartum TV from now on where ads only pop up during water breaks.
