The one thing? NEVER do crunches/ab work with the elbows pulled in. This pulls on your neck and causes you to use your neck instead of your abs. Always try to have your chest open and your elbows out, gaze up and not forward 🙂
This is one of my favorite workouts!! When i finish, I feel so strong and calm at the same time. Been doing it since its release. Congrats Marnie!!❤️

I'm almost 56, completely let myself go in 2020 and started this class on Dec 21 last year. the first time I could only get through about 9 minutes. I've slowly worked myself up to fully (and by sweating to death!) completing this and other classes. Even on days I have to push myself to do this, I finish with such satisfaction and peace. Thank you for helping me find that again!

Good but she talks wayyyy too fast
Been doing this weekly for a year. Great workout. Its a little to fast so watching it at .75 speed is perfect-I get more of a workout and less injury risk.

Had no clue what was being done in the first few minutes of the workout. Trainer’s going way too fast,doesn’t say what she’s doing and transitions before she asks us to.
Highly demotivating and can’t keep up which is a shame because I was really looking forward to a barre and cardio combination.

This was a great workout and went by so fast. It's really fast-paced, so it might take a few times doing it to totally get in the groove. I've consistently done HIIT and strength, but it's been recommended that I start doing more low-impact exercise. I was disappointed at first– being told to stop high-impact. I have discovered however that this type of work-out still leaves me with the 'ahhhh, that felt good' feeling, but yet I don't feel totally wasted. I look forward to doing more like this and seeing results.
This is my first Barre workout ever and I am so SOLD! I loved it and I will definitely be doing it again next week!
I used to love this workout. It is effective. But after today, and remembering the last time I watched, Im going to look for a replacement. I can deal with some ads in the beginning before a workout starts, but SIX EXTRA ads after the initial pre-video during the workout is extremely distracting!! Each ad set includes one you have to wait for it to finish and the second you can skip after 5 seconds. I have to stop in the middle of an active exercise, grab my remote, wait through the first ad you cant skip and then press skip at the second one. In that time, I lose my momentum and focus 3 different times during the workout. She preaches about focus and getting in the zone and being meditative…and then throws 6 distracting ads during the workout in the middle of a set. What’s up with that? If you need so much ad money, then put a bunch in before the workout starts or in between sets, not in the middle of active exercises. Smh
