These videos are great. It got me back into kettlebells after a long absence. I love the many options for various levels of fitness. One thing I recently discovered is that my rubberized yoga gloves are helpful for handling my kettlebell. A little awkward when doing a hand off but otherwise really helps with security of the grip. Thanks, Amy. I am so glad I discovered you during Covid!

I just completed this workout now and it’s flipping amazing mate 😃. But My whole body is aching😫. I gain 1/2 a stone in the first lockdown. But with this workout video… I know I won’t gain anymore weight during this 2nd lockdown. I’m just gonna lose weight 💪🏾.

Damn Amy … That was so tough but so perfect! I’m not into jumping as much these days being 28 weeks pregnant 🤰 so this got my heart pumping without much impact. I need longer breaks though 😆 I have a favorites folder but I need to make a top favorites folder starting with this one. 280 calories burned! 💀 As I’m entering my 3rd trimester I’m going to start focusing on your new fusion workouts too ☺️

I am just now trying kettlebell workouts and prefer it to other weights for different reasons. This workout length feels on point my only problem are exercises on my knees and I'm not strong enough for a plank. Basically I'm looking for the most effective kettlebell workouts that exclude being on my knees. Any suggestions?
