Join me for this 45 minute kettlebell workout to strengthen, sculpt and tone. In this workout we will be fusing strength and cardio to get a full body workout. All you need is a kettlebell for this workout. As always I’ll give you different options and modifications for all fitness levels. Let’s do it!

Best workout ever. I couldn't wait to get through my rest days so I could do this! I went heavy and felt so strong. I loved that it is kettlebell strength. Kettlebell is just so much fun to me especially your workouts. You keep everything interesting and keep me motivated. Even though this was a strength focused workout I definitely got my heart rate up and got cardio too. Thank you for all the great workouts.

Loved this workout👍..was a little worried becuse i dont have any kettle bells but thought I would give it a go with the dumbbells, all the exercise I was able to use them and it gave me an excuse to try heavier weight that I can always use on compound exercises. Thanks Amy your an angel 💖🤗
Enjoyed this workout. Isolated moves let's me concentrate on better form. But yep heart rate still gets up there! Even more kettlebell workouts please!

Wow, the fastest 45 minutes of my live. 😅 Because of the challenging 30 second rounds there was no time to watch the clock. The progression really helped to stick with the heavy kettlebell. Awesome format, love it 💖, thank you, Amy! 🙏

I liked your dumbbell strong video so much that I decided to try this one, even though I don't have a kettlebell. I used my 10 lb dumbbells and only had to make a few modifications. It was another great workout! I really like this format a lot. Thank you!!

my regular kettlebell instructor is off on medical leave for a while so to keep up I decided to try some online videos. I really like how you keep instructing about engaging core and attending to form. This was an excellent video!!
