Amazing workout!! Samsung gear is terrible for tracking heart rate though! I have both and it's Fitbit all the way…heart rate 167 Burnt 349 calories with this workout!! heart rate was up!! And i workout alot!! Love it ♥️

380 calories burned. Heart rate got up to about 168 and my healthy meal afterwards is a bowl of oatmeal since it’s 9am. I’ve been doing pop sugar workouts the entire quarantine …so about a month and a half to two months. Loving them all and Anna is a familiar face. She kills! 🤗🤗

First time watching this video. I love the popsugar workouts. I might even quit my gym after life goes back to "normal" but I wasn't thrilled with the Samsung Gear Sport advertising. None of your workout videos in my queue ever mentioned checking your heart rate nor did you guys advertise any one product. But I don't mind the cost of your awesome workouts! So if this is a way to stay free, then I understand.

This is NOT 45m of cardio – there is 10m of stretching at the beginning and 7m at the end. Hardly any cardio, mostly sculpting and very slow paced. I did not start my apple watch until 35:00 as that is when the workout actually began. Misleading!

208 calories. 102 avg bpm, 156 max bpm. I modified and I am somewhat overweight, but exercise at least 5 days a week.

I haven't done a pop sugar workout in a while, but this one was insane for me! I could do all of the move but those squat rotates had me feeling like I was about to throw up. In the five years that I've been doing pop sugar my motivation has ebbed and flowed, but I am so happy that I started it because since then exercise has not not been a part of my life. When I am feeling bad, the instinct is to snap out of it, do a work out and start eating better. I don't wallow anymore because doing these for forty-five minutes ensures that I do something productive with my day,

🙁 I appreciate the work you all do, and I know you probably didn't mean to be negative in any way. But could you please do a trigger warning or something when you are going to be measuring exact calories (or make it clear that you will be calorie counting in the title for instance)? I couldn't skip through it in time.
And I don't mean to be a party pooper or complainer or anything like that, but it is just that if surprises like that pop up in the future then I probably shouldn't do the workouts on the channel anymore even though I like it.
