Thanks to team Hasfit for devising such impactful workouts! I never did any sort of workout using weights earlier until March this year and now I use 5 kgs dumbbells for my workouts <3 Another confession to make- I initially got interested in Hasfit workouts due to Coach and his killer looks :p I also love how adorable and good looking the pair is <3 Great motivation!

Never underestimate this man. Just when I think I'm pretty good doing strength training,, ,I find this one. I'm just getting used to wearing my weight vest again and this one Kicked my rear end, big time. If its too easy for you,, pick up some weights and or change the speed of reps. You will be challenged!!

One of the best work outs ever. 45 mins took me almost 60 mins. Completely drenched at the end. Hopefully one day I will be able to follow without pressing the pause button.
I need a special work out for lower abs, can you please suggest which work out to follow. Thank you so much.
