I often do Fitness Blender but you guys are underrated! I can't move after some of your workouts and I like that Coach Kozak can hardly string a sentence together at the end. Makes me feel better for all the hideous noises (and slight cursing) that I'm doing by that point! I feel pushed to my limits with your workouts; great stuff.

Wowww love this workout very very much!! I have knee pain so some I have to modify myself to adjust to my pain. But LOVE this workout. Love your motivation talk throughout this one. I really need it😉. Tq coach kozak & claudia👍.
