This was a challenge! I've always loved doing more leg/glutes/butt workouts and left out strength on my upper body. The ab workout was amazing though! Will get stronger everytime I do this. Thanks Kelly & Daniel!

Also, whats your opinion on working out in the evenings? Is it better to do a workout of this intensity in the morning/early afternoon? Is there anything bad about working out at night? let me know because im curious and end up working out at night a lot because i get busy during the day and this texas heat is too unbearable to run in😭
