Elbows to hands OMG
i had a lot of lingering problems troubling me for a long time , lower back , shoulder, carpal tunnel , knees , sciatica , overall stiffness AND i get bored easily . But after doing this particular routine now for two months every day , all these problems have disappeared and my performance in mountain biking and trail running improved a lot ! I think now that by hitting all the muscles in your body and high intensity cardio mobility posture , hitting everything every day, you renew your tissues , you rebuild your body and all the joints click in place. Thank You Thank You Thank You Soooo much !!!!

I liked that, for the most part, the exercises didn't repeat. But having arthritis in my hands, there were too many hand held positions.

Um…I’m pretty hardcore & can do a lot of your workouts, but this 1 was actually torturous & I kept glancing at the counter. In the beginning, I was already exhausted (lack of sleep due to a toddler), and to my horror it said 8 minutes. OMG.

I love your videos they’re so tough but a great challenge esp with you constantly reminding us it’s mind 🧠over matter💪 anytime I hit a plateau I find your videos again and I literally almost instantly slim down(I am an active svelte person) my abs start showing again and using these videos and Pilates videos from @fitnessblender I bounce I right back! As of now I can only complete about 30 mins of a video but I am working towards the full 45!! I highly recommend these if you’re down here questioning yourself, JUST DO IT!
I work out to your videos often but this one i didn't particularly like because it was a lot of getting up and getting back down on the mat. Still love you guys!
Thank you for the workout video. A disclaimer for those who experience vertigo, there are a lot of up and down positions. Pace yourselves with changing positions, even if you have to pause the video for a min or two….

Another excellent workout, thank you. My only quibble is that it runs continuously without even v short rests in between each group of exercises. I was forced to pause it several times in order to complete the workout.
For 45 mins I felt someone screaming at me "you're fat! You're fat! You're fat! you're fat!you're fat!you're fat!you're fat!…….."
You guys should really put a 20 sec countdown for each workout. Sometimes it gets really difficult for people who are beginners to do these workouts. Loved this workout none the less! Thank you for always sharing awesome stuff!
