I used to be very active and do lots of things but when covid started i couldnt do as much and then i started to stop working out my stamina went down then i got lazy. Im going to try this for a whole month i know that seems alot but i really need this not only to work out to get more stamina i want to get skinnier and i want to be much stronger. I will take one to two day break every so often to give my body a rest, i am going to update every day i do it. I will start with day one and continue becuase i cant go outside and do runs becuase were i live there is extreme heat and no rain, i've injured my knee and wasnt able to work out so i hope since ive been healing this will help more and i want to get skinny on my stomach before christmas i give myself this goal every year and never do it im not giveing up this year!! 😁 i have so much confidence on this workout and either way im changeing my diet too!!😀💖
