Day 15- The impovments just this far alone are incredible. I've noticed during planks I've actually stopped trembling and I can actually control my core. Starting on day 1, I took more breaks than what was needed and wasn't too confident in my performance. But now I have been getting stronger and can now handle pushing myself even harder through my workouts now without resting mid-set. Diets been in check and plan on keeping it that way. Overall really impressed with this whole workout plan, Thank you Bully Juice for providing such a dope program. Looking forward to seeing my results on day 45

Skinny fat very little musculature, love handles , poor posture , can’t do 10 push-ups for my life
Diet:
Day 1-20 deficit with high protein
Day 20-40 maintain high protein supplements of awshwa
Started biking 8 miles a day to school and back
Started doing a run + basic workouts with yoga in the morning and some simple height exercises at the night
After school doing this challenge , also combined with a workout routine of my own 3 days a week.boxing training 1hr x2 a week Boxing at home with punching bag or shadow boxing and boxing at a club.
Day 1:
Bruh had todo knee push-ups , the groin stretches were heavenly. I kinda rushed thru but my arms are on fire. Going to do some dips and grips as well to make sure it gets worked. Tomorrow I want to do all the exercises no matter what.
Damnit. At day 26 I got the covid…have to take a break! But this challenge is so fun. And thats what sets bully apart from other YouTubers: it feels like fun!
