Dear Kelli and Daniel, I never comment on anything ever, but I feel the need to thank you guys for your channel. It has helped keeping me sane since we started lock down here in Chile (March 2020). Both my mental health is good and I don’t think I’ve ever been this fit in my life!!! I’m not even worried about losing weight (which I need!), but I like working out with you guys because it makes me feel so happy. So a huge thank you to you again and warm greetings from the south of the world.

Great workout but right now I only have 5 and 3 pound weights. What would you recommend ? More reps to make up for the light weight?

I would love to do the workouts on this channel if there was music. I know I would absolutely love this workout but I just can't do workouts without any music 🙁

did it this morning right after waking up super unmotivated. forced myself to drink some water, do this workout and now i feel so much better !! <3 kick boxing is really therapeutic ^^
