We loved this one! Great for low impact (hubby had a foot problem flare up) but still a great body burn! Going into the rotation!

Please can you make another one of these! It’s the best low impact one I’ve found so far!

Love this one for when I’m travelling and have literally no space and loads of neighbours!! Good burn but with no noise and with no big movements. Love the calf Raises- especially if you hold the squat the whole time! The burn is REAL

During the oblique crunches, I was feeling most of the work in my gluteus medius, infraspinatus, and latissimus dorsi. What can I do to make my obliques do more of the work? I was really concentrating on not pushing up with the support arm, but it was difficult.

Phew! In most workouts, 30 seconds would be a normal interval and 1 minute quite long… Who would've guessed how quickly 60 seconds go by after those 2 minutes xD
Thank you, I really liked that. Hard, but also has something meditative to it.
Perfect for winter/christmas!!

Two minutes of push-ups was a challenge! I managed one minute regular and one minute on my knees – a feat I didn't know I was capable of. The oblique crunches were deceptively tough. My heart rate didn't jump, but I did sweat and struggle. Low impact is no joke. Amazing work, Daniel and FB!

The exercises were:
Crunches
Squat + Calf Raise
Push-ups
Alternating lunges
Arm circles
Bridges
Leg lift left
Leg lift right
Oblique crunch left
Oblique crunch right

This is my go to for when I'm recovering from something and am not supposed to workout. Gives a little burn but nothing too much. Perfect👌🏻

This is still my go to workout for days I shouldn't be working out. If I'm sick or something I do this for a light workout.

Lol, good thing it was low impact, my shins would have not resist even half the work out 🥵. I did a long run 2 days ago and I’m still super sore! This low impact was just perfect 👌🏼

Low impact cries That was definitely difficult without any jumping whatsoever! I was so certain there were only two rounds, one of 2 minutes and then one of 1 minutes. So when you came back with 30 second round after I'd given my ALL I was like: NOOO. But I did it!! Thanks for this workout 🙂

Sooooo, my dance classes were cancelled today. After a walk I remembered this was posted the other day. A few of these moves are similar to dance moves. I decided to add weights to the 30 seconds and do them twice and holy moley! What a great workout!! (Even if I didn’t add weights and do a little extra) I’ll keep coming back to this one for sure! Thank you! 💪🏼💙
