Totally epic workout, nice to do a full body that is that bit longer – just realised from the comments below I've done this before and loved it just as much the second time round. Need to do it more.

Just be careful on that rhomboid exercise. If you use too heavy weights it hurts your clavicle joint. I just popped mine out of socket and it is excruciating.

I loved it channel
I found this good, trainer was awesome and some challenging full body moves. However, too much time in between exercises so I didn't feel like I got such a great workout – only 200 cals after 40 mins. I was left a little disappointed and probably wouldn't pick this one again. But thanks Popsugar – I do love your workouts and is fun trying them all.

For the advanced viewers, it is not a very hard workout in my opinion. It's more appropriate for a cool/chill exercise day I think 🙂
I wasn't motivated at the beginning, but I finally succeded.
Great workout sequence, however Anna would not shut up the entire video. It drove me crazy and honestly if I did this workout again I’d have to mute the audio and listen to music instead.
