This is your BodyFit by Amy 40 Minute Tabata Sculpt with Weights workout. It is day number 19 of your Next Level November Challenge. Today we’re going to hit it hard using our weights so either a set of dumbbells, or a kettlebell, or both. We will be working in the traditional Tabata format of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest in four minute rounds. We’ll add some sculpting and really make it burn and also add some cardio to getting that heart rate up. Are you ready? Let’s do it!

I absolutely love tabatas and this one is no exception! This was tough! I used both my dumbells and my kettlebell and it definitely burned! The swings and cardio in-between felt great and a welcome break from the strength. My heart stayed up throughout the entire workout. After doing this tough workout, I feel amazing!!! Thanks Amy for always keeping things moving and different!!! 🤩⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐‼️

Ok, this is one of my new favorites!! What a workout!! I was hesitating with showing up today because last weeks workouts left me sore! I had to take my rest days mid-week. I showed up today (a day late, but I’m here!) and I’m so glad that I did. This felt great and I loved the flow. You are the workout queen! 👑
