Join me for this 40-minute Full Body Kickboxing Workout. We’ll be using traditional kickboxing moves for strength and cardio and we will be doing it in a tabata format. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest in 4 minute rounds. Options for all fitness levels. Are you ready?

LOVED THIS! Pretty new to kickboxing but that is why I love yours, Amy. They are challenging and definitely burn and get my heart rate up, but don't go so quickly that I look like a dancing noodle while I do them.

Fun workout! Since I’m studying karate, I integrate karate technique into this workout while going against my heavy (punching) bag.
