My goodness Amy! My arms are shaking as I try to write to you, but this is THE BEST workout ever! Please give us this work out in other time frames like 15-20-25 minutes, if possible! I have been training with you for about 15 months and I never got any injuries! Your workouts are my go to when I'm not 💯 that I want to be working it. Your positivity and forgiveness is essential! I'm 12 mo pp, and can be down on myself for being as strong as I was before baby. Ironically, I know I don't want to be as 'fit' as it caused infertility, but those Devin thoughts still overcome me! Your forgiveness brings me back! Thank you!!!

Is this safe for after giving birth?
Super confusing and unstructured. More a instruction video on the movements than a complete workout to follow. No clear sets and reps and too much talking and changing exercise in the middle of explaining. Been into fitness for years and this was just too hard to follow..
