IN one Indian dance reality show,female dancer griped her Male partner between her thighs and both were lifted by cable. Judges were astonished by her strength. On inquiry by judges,it was revealed that it was thanks to Pilates. Why Pilates gives such extraordinary results.?

I couldn't make it until the strength training, I'm a newbie in exercising so can I just do cardio first and when I get a little fit, can I start with strength training after that???

21 day in quarantine in a hotel room in Hong Kong with no right to leave. I did that workout many times. I am asthmatic and not an active person but it was perfect for me and each time I was like I cannot do more, there was another exercise so the variety and time spent on each exercise is PERFECT.
I have to say that Anna is amazing and I would hire her as my coach in a second if I could! Thank you guurl <3

Great workout! I love the countdown timer; it keeps me going. One thing I wish, though, is that there were a countdown timer for individual exercises or sets of exercises.

I love this workout. I first found it about 6yrs ago. I weighed 279 lbs. It killed me the first month. But after about 6 months of doing it 5 times a week I was feeling great. I also changed my eating habits a bit. But I was able to drop down to 145 lbs! Then life got a hold of me 😂. Started to gain some here and there. Just recently started this back up. Going on the third wk and I am feeling amazing!
