This 40 minute workout uses just one dumbbell to split circuits uni-laterally, working right side then left side to really challenge the core while working upper and lower body. Strengthen and tone muscles all while getting fat blasting cardio. Options for all fitness levels.

Amy you're the only one I follow here on YouTube. a year-and-a-half ago I couldn't do side planks without experiencing severe abdominal pain. Now I do them with more ease no pain and I feel stronger every time thanks to you.

Curtsy lunges are humbling! I can do them but add a combo to them and I really have to go slow slow slow. But I still love them. Great workout. Loved the different plank variations.
