I recently moved to a high altitude city, and it’s the first time I am able to complete this workout at 8,500ft (2,600m) above sea level 💪🏽💪🏽

I have been running this routing twice a day for a month now. The results are wicked 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. I am losing the gut way faster than I though. We really shouldn't underestimate consistency at all, naahmean.
