This 40 minute workout is half cardio kickboxing, half yoga flow to work your entire body for strength, cardio and stretching. Options for all fitness levels.

Hey Amy, thank you so much for this. A really nice change from my usual HIIT, strength and cardio workouts and it reminded me of the boxing classes I did years ago. 😅 BUT regarding the yoga part (and you half excusing for your lack of yoga practice) I have to quote a very wise woman who always says: Be where you are today! That goes for the instructor aswell, especially in yoga. 😘 (The best yoga teacher I ever had was an elderly woman with a serious back injury who couldn’t do half of the asanas she taught us.) You are doing such a great job! 🤗 Greetings from Germany!

Enjoyed the kickboxing but the yoga didn't work at 35 weeks pregnant haha. Maybe add modifications next time; you've been great at that lately.

I am not big on yoga either. I get frustrated with myself because I'm not very flexible.
Want more kick boxing, less yoga on this one.

Workout was great. Definitely had a different feel than most of your others. On another note, I wasn’t a big fan with the constant switching of the camera angle. It was a little too much!

This was an awesome combo and really helped me relieve stress. I loved the cardio from the kickboxing and the yoga for strength and relaxation.

I love how kick boxing works my upper back, and I loved how this helped stretch it out in the end. I'm not really a yoga person, but I enjoyed this…those planks did just about kill me though lol My ab separation is completely closed, but I've definitely got some strengthening to do.
