Hi coach Kozak. I really like your channel and videos. Its very complete for me. I'm currently doing all your workouts (except yoga)
Mon rest day (total rest)
Tuesday 40 mins total body with weights + 40 mins bicep and back
Wednesday 40 mins total body with weights + 40 mins chest and triceps
Thursday rest day (some times with yoga with man flow yoga channel, sometimes with your stretching / back strengthening / posture correction videos)
Friday (same as Tuesday)
Saturday (same as Wednesday)
Sunday (40 mins cardio / tabata / kickboxing workout without weights)
Pace is to lose 2 kgs a month and gaining as much muscle as possible. I'm already down 7 kgs from 83 to 76 as of now in about 3 months or so.
But I notice I'm still stuck at max 10kg for e last sets (8 reps, sometimes I do only 6) for most bicep and tricep exercise after 3 months. Is it still OK, or am I not pushing myself enough?

Going forward please count your reps. Most to all of your videos, yall are off count on just about every workout. One set will have 12…the next 13…the next 14. You get off count very easy.
hey guys, i just want to say i discovered your work outs during lock down and they are probably the best work outs i have ever done. its good to switch it up between, strength, cardio and even stretching. im waiting until winter kicks in here in england and then im going to purchase a propa program on your website, to give me something to focus on during the dark months.
