Holy cow! That was intense. Just what the doctor recommends. Lol.
This one was great! The only move I cannot do at this point is the crab position. It was easy as a kid in gym class, but as a 30 year old with a good 30 lbs to lose still, it’s tough.
I Have been crushing your workouts during the pandemic! This may be one of the hardest workouts in the series. The pace to this workout is faster than most. Combine this with the variety of total body movements, it's killer.
Looks like fun, cant wait to try this one out

I was a competitive athlete my whole life and loved all sports to keep my in shape …. as an adult I gained a significant amount of weight but i am on a weightloss journey to find my better self again . I normally get really bored during exercises , especially in a gym , but I can honestly say that I never get bored when I do your videos , they excite me , motivate me , make me feel capable and strong again 💪
