This is a great workout.. I feel the burn on my belly.. It's like I felt tht it's really working on it..
I m going to do it every twice a week with other workouts as well like strength workouts..

It's honestly my fave HIIT workout ever. I always come back to it when I feel like I would like to lose some weight or maybe get more toned and it works every time. It's also super exhausting but in the best way! It may be "just" 40 minutes but oh my god, is it incredibly hard! Anyways, love it, doing it for the 3rd day in a row today ^^

For anybody who's looking for a good workout routine: Here's mine!
HIIT one day a week; I do some core work before hand too, and I also do one of the longer HIIT workout s
2 Strength training days; For these two days I do isolated work. Basically I do upper body one day, lower body the next
2 Run days; I run 5km, 3.1miles. You don't have to do that much. But, I encourage you to try! Or even do more!
1 Yoga day; I follow Yoga with Adrienne's videos. Highly recommended
1 rest day!!!
For me, I do core work before every workout. For that I do one of Chloe Tings ab workouts. Really great stuff that burns your core and jumpstarts my workout!!
But this is what I recommend to people whenever they ask me what I do to stay fit. Besides working out, eating healthy is key. But also don't feel pressured to eat healthy all the time. Having some ice cream once in a while won't kill you. 😎

After the HIIT interval, about 16 mins in, I thought I was about to vomit, it felt so difficult. Fortunately it does get better and I’m glad I didn’t give up!
