I have never done this workout before. I liked it a lot. I started the day with a 4 mile walk / run, and this was a great workout to focus on upper body. Thanks!

I did most of the workout with resistance bands instead of weights. Not sure if it is a good thing but I did get a good workout and only had to modify minor things. I hope they can put up more resistance band videos.
