Hi Joanna! This workout is great but I always have difficulty completing it and I was wondering if you could help me. I have flat feet (no arch) which causes me to have a lot of ankle and knee problems so it is difficult for me to do a lot of the lunges without discomfort. I have tried arch support like insoles and different shoes but they all don't seem to work. Thus, I was wondering if you had any recommendations for me or any alternatives I could try? Thank you in advance!!

Oh my god! done this, super workout 😘
It makes me feel weak the first time I do it, but then it makes me feel so relaxed, this is weird but it helps me forget about my anxiety
