Whether you are sore from a previous training session or just do not have the motivation, by constantly moving within a circle of exercises you will be more determined to take this workout head on! Julian Goodman, adding a bar would most likely add injury. This is a workout not for the half hearted. If you need that bar to ensure you do the jump, then you are not doing it right.
