I’m at 10% body fat weighing in at 70kg and still can’t really see my abs.

I’m also bulking (in a 500-1,000 daily calorie surplus) and tend to put weight/ fat on my abs before anywhere else.

What would you recommend in terms of training? How often should I train abs each week and which exercises would you suggest? Thanks! ☺️

It's amazing how much body fat you can carry, it'll go from everywhere, then the thighs and buttox plus the face. And only when the thighs get lowered then the belly fat will really start being used. Last place to go seems to be where the obliques meet the back. Do you know how badly I want a pizza or something? But I'm close, so sticking to sprinting and this keto diet.

Satellite cells can continue to work in a deficit, but only for a limited time, definitely not as beneficial as being in a surplus.

I’m at 7.8% body fat and do an ab workout 4 times a week and yet my abs aren’t showing I run at least 2kms a day
