Lucy I really want to say thank you for doing this, I am going throw a really hard time in my life, a lot of stress and a lot of anxiety, its really affected me and I wasn't happy with where I was mentally an physically but I was so motivated to make a change! I have to say ever since I started following your videos I feel so much better and it's as if I finally got control on something in my life. so I'm not gonna stop, I'm gonna keep going and I won't give up because no one can force you to make a change but yourself and the choice is in our hand. lots of love ❤

Just did day 11 & 12. The sweat is running down my neck. Usually that would make me feel gross but I'm too happy. I can kick so much higher than a month ago. I have inflammatory arthritis so getting stronger and fitter is a top priority.
Hi Lucy! I had my second baby in November and haven't really been doing any exercise other than walking a few times a week. What type of exercise would you suggest I start out with? Hope to hear from you soon! Love your videos! <3

Wow! Thank you Lucy. I really enjoyed this one! I'm a few days behind, still, because of evening work commitments that pushed me back. So I'm working my way through these, two at a time, to catch up with what I've missed. But this one was really great. Probably my favourite so far!
