I must say that I admire the moves, one of my favourite moves that I enjoy doing. I appreciate that you show knee friendly options for instance I can't go crouch that down. So I can't do normal lunges. Been wondering what to do about them, too until now. So

Started off my day with this workout and it felt easy until about half way through now I'm sweating so much 😅 feel great tho was so tired 10 minutes ago and wanted to stay in bed now I'm full of energy and ready to do more exercise now 💪🏻💕
