Did this twice, back to back! Loved it! I probably should start this off by saying that the left side of my body is just a smidge bigger than my right. Thanks to the at-home workouts I can honestly tell you that both sides are just about the same now! (Been a weird problem I've had for some time.) I also didn't notice, when i measured myself last night, that my belly pooch and thunder thighs have decreased a bit!

i have a question. If you do a 4 min tabata in the morning, and then a 4 min tabata in the afternoon, do you still get a second epoc effect?

Just thought I'd send you a little message to say, I love fitness now because of you! I've been asked to make a fitness plan for the high school I used to attend. I've to write out a workout that everyone should do for a month, I'm so excited/nervous as I've never did it before. If you don't mind I would love to take inspiration from your videos! 💖

👍😀 #DONE Super workout! I did it once through and felt great. My intention was to do it two times, however I had an issue to tend to and couldn't. On the bright side, I did get my calorie burn going for the day with the first time through. ☀️
