How much calories we would burn?
Did this twice, back to back! Loved it! I probably should start this off by saying that the left side of my body is just a smidge bigger than my right. Thanks to the at-home workouts I can honestly tell you that both sides are just about the same now! (Been a weird problem I've had for some time.) I also didn't notice, when i measured myself last night, that my belly pooch and thunder thighs have decreased a bit!

How often should this be done to see results?
i have a question. If you do a 4 min tabata in the morning, and then a 4 min tabata in the afternoon, do you still get a second epoc effect?

Just thought I'd send you a little message to say, I love fitness now because of you! I've been asked to make a fitness plan for the high school I used to attend.
