Yes, we’re walking at home, but this workout is going to get your heart rate up and you’ll be burning lots of calories and burn fat!! While filming this workout, I managed to hit 3.9km (2.5miles) and also burned 350Cals in 38 minutes. You’d be burning an average of 300 – 450 calories depending on your speed of walking and also body composition. This workout also low impact and beginner friendly. I am so happy to find your channel. I am glad there are exercises for all. I have bad knees so squatting and those types gives me discomfort. I did do this workout. Low Impact does not mean easy and it wasn't. It means to me no jumping, hopping unless you want to. This was just the perfect workout for me since by the end of the day after sitting in front of a computer, I am ready to do something beneficial to my body. It was a tough one but doable. I will continue to do this one. I tried the strength ones, OMG! Thanks so much for offering these workouts.

The side step shoulder tap you did in the first part and 2nd part are different in the foot work …..can you tell me which one we should do ?????
