That’s what Nelson Leon did… He injured his knee during a rugby game and had to have surgery and a long period of recovery. Everyone told him that he couldn’t do any sports and would need to accept that.
But Nelson decided otherwise – he went to the calisthenics gym limping (!) and just focused on the bar and the rings to build upper body strength while his knee was recovering. When he started, he could not even pull up his own bodyweight and wasn’t happy with his shape.
He discovered Barstarzz BTX and decided to give it a go. Within only 6 weeks (!!) his abs popped out like shrooms after the rain, and he realized he had muscles that he’d never actually used before. At the age of 40, Nelson is now in the best shape of his life…

I love how stupid people are. if you want to train and look good you have to be disciplined very strict on yourself as time goes on it well become a natural part of your life to go and work out. you do not need an online programme to be successful you need to kick your selves up the fucking arse and commit no excuses.

Hey great motivation I am a 44 Phys ed teacher and still sprint in comps and work out at the gym but moving more and more to pull ups and dips💪🏼keep it up buddy
despite what fitness " experts " say your thirties are the best years for building muscle mass because you still have high testosterone but your metabolism is slower, it's good if you train not so good if you don't.

Wow man, it's amazing motivation video. I'm 39 too and this is why I really respect your activities. I can do only 4 pull ups but after I hope I will be doing more and more. Good luck to you and your family!

What you do for job… calisthenics??
This cat already had the physique but just needed to lose a small amount of fat. I say small amount because you can already see the abdominal definition. Calisthenics would have burned through that fat in no time. Need to see a real overweight cat I'm sure they are there…..I'm one of them who is on a journey.
