I'm getting back into my strength workouts following a month off due to a disc issue that was causing shoulder pain. Thank you for making me excited to workout again and reminding me I'm strong.

Great workout! I love how we switch between weights and Kettlebell on the exercises! The weights feel very different from the kettlebell making this amazing training! The core and cardio moves were perfect after doing the strength moves. The finisher felt terrific! Awesome total body workout! 👍🤩❗

Somehow I seem to come back to this workout most often and I always feel it in my glutes the next day – in that way that lets you know you've had a great workout!

So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive…. but!!! Overall quality bestgym.equipment and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.
