I LOVE LOVE LOVE the "with weights workouts " and being able to use both dumbbells and kettlebell in the same workout. It allows me to go heavier. I use 15 lb dumbells and then 20 lb kettlebell. Its almost time to go up in weights, THANK YOU AMY you have changed my life. I love the strength training workouts with cardio in them so I dont have to do pure cardio more than 1 or 2 times a week.
I needed that pep talk. I’ve had an off month! But I’ve kept showing up. Doing a lot of Pilates and low impact stuff because I’m just not feeling it. Thanks Amy 💕
