Even modified burpees are not available to me. My modification is down dog. Still feeling it!

not having the move timer really challenged me and made the workout go faster! and best bonus move yet; it felt like fun instead of hard work!!
First set: felt SUPER strong and so grateful for all the gains that actually following your calendars are clearly making.
By the end: felt crazy doing those roll-ups! Haha – but loved it and looking forward to embracing the next challenge!

Fantastic workout! Just what I needed today as I couldn’t get out for a run (toddler off nursery) and tennis elbow a bit sore so was wary of heavy weights 😎 set up for the day now ☺️

Loved it, enjoyed it, but it was intense and very challenging. BW workouts always require way more strength than the DB/KB workouts. The way you design your workouts, no matter how intense the workout is, it always goes fast and we enjoy it and look forward to next morning's workout. Thanks Amy!
Refreshing workout !
Very good. Went fast. Abs at the end were a little discombobulated for me because I am avoiding weight on one of my wrists. With the other stuff I was able to use my push up handles. Thanks!!
I couldn’t wrap my head around the Turkish get ups. By the time I think I figured the move out we were moving on! 🤣 Gotta practice that. I loved this Amy. Your bodyweight burners are my favorite! 🔥🔥🔥
