This is your 38 Minute Mini Band Cardio Barre workout. We are going to get mobility & flexibility in, but we’re also going to get strength, toning, and lots of cardio in — all using our mini loop bands. Don’t worry if you don’t have a mini loop band as you can do this workout bodyweight only and you’ll still feel it. Are you ready? Let’s do it!

My shoulders are on fire
I hate bands purely because I twang myself with them. I tried a different instructor today for a change and they don’t talk whatsoever. She has over a million followers but I found it really quite boring because she doesn’t talk to you. She also is a fitness model so tbh that will attract some. But then I want a proper trainer. So I came back and had a go at this one and didn’t get all the way through BUT I love Amy because you talk away as if we are with you and I really missed that. I’ve been in fitness for 36 years and even though I’m using an online channel I need to see the right posture, different kinds of levels and good body sense especially with a fused spine and damaged joints. So it serves me right trying elsewhere and that isn’t going to happen again, I will be sticking to Amy who is a people’s person.
I love this workout. I have done it several times in the past too! It burns soo good! My arms and legs were definitely feeling it after yesterday! I love barefoot Thursday workouts!💜
As always, I loved this mini band workout. It was tiring, the heart rate was up the entire time, and the targeted muscles were burning during those 'double times'. Also, it went by fast 🙂 Thank You Amy!

I was looking for something different this morning, and it's been a long time since I've done a band workout, so I thought I'd give it a go. Holy cow – it was SO much more challenging than I anticipated (in a good way). I'm dripping in sweat and my muscles are deliciously fatigued. I clearly forgot I don't need dumbbells/kettlebells to kick my butt! Thank you!
