Whew! This one was GREAT! Even as a beginner I followed along and kept up fairly well but WOW those plank moves kicked my core and arms into gear!

Amy, Thank you so much for SO many amazing workouts that leave me feeling strong and challenged. During this COVID-19 crisis I've needed to amp up my workouts to help with my mental sanity!!!! I miss teaching my dance fitness classes. When I workout with you I feel we are in it together. (I know it sounds cheesy). Thanks for making my life a little better! I hope to be stronger at the end since I am committed to doing one of your workouts every other day and alternating with dance!!! Been doing your workouts since 2015 and they keep getting better. I've been doing your 38min workout since the beginning of Covid. So since March 2020… Do it twice a week and it keeps me going. I also play tennis twice a week as well as jog twice a week…and walk our dog. Tha k you Amy

I was taking fat loss pills and almost seriously harmed my health. Now I realise that diet is not pills and teas, but structured plan full of nutritionally rich foods. Visit Agoge Diet and get a real diet, stop taking fuc*ing pills.
