Seriously that voice over was annoying it would’ve been good to actually get verbal warning and more detail as to how to turn it off. Telling me to go to settings was not enough.

Oh Amy I thought we were friends! That was a real TOUGH challenge! I was panting and my heart beating like crazy after a few mins in but I finished and feel great now!
This one is so super hard on my knees. Maybe I'll try this again when I don't have COVID!

It was VERY hard 🥵🥵❤🔥❤🔥for me. All the exercises were with a different flavor…. like the side lunges with slide, Reverse & forward lunges, all the mat extercises….. felt like never done before (the way we did today). I was thinking you must be feeling extra energetic when you designed this workout 😅😅 because even you felt that it was at a different level while you're doing it real time 🙂 I usually say, "Yes, I want more workouts of this format." But this time, I didn't want that then the ted talk towards the end… everything made sense so changed my opinion 🙂 Thanks a ton Amy for pushing our limits!

That was great, Amy! I appreciated that you used the 15 lb dumbbells and noticeably took a few seconds for heart rate to come down before going to floor for core work:) When those of us use pairs of 20 lb+ weights, the heart rates are up so high I sometimes get a head rush trying to put my weights down safely and get into position for the core. One request: could you include some long squat compound exercises similar to the lunge series in this workout?

Holy smokes girl! I was definitely CHALLENGED! Loved this and I just want to say thank you for the reminder that this was HARD because I was challenging my body…not because of failures. I really needed that encouragement. ❤
Wow that one was tough! 9 min left and I was about to call it quits. My body couldn't take any more! I tried my hardest to stick it out and just did what I could do and that wasn't much!
