I really loved these longer intervals, it actually felt like it went faster with fewer moves. so uncoordinated on that bonus move! lol

I have to admit, I almost skipped this one when I saw the length of this workout as Mondays are hard for me because I lack motivation especially on Mondays, but I made it to the end and it really didn't seem that long at all. Most importantly, it was a great workout and I feel really good. Thank you Amy for coming up with all of these diverse workouts to keep us on our toes.

Loved it! Got the heart pumping!! I was pretty tired by 30 minutes but I did one exercice at a time and did it to the end!!
Really liked this one!! It would be helpful if you could tell us what weights your dumbbells are for reference (10lbs, 15lbs) etc. Thanks for always keeping me moving, challenged and learning!
I loved that you had us set the weights on the ground for squats and split squats. It forced me to work on my range of motion in those moves even if it meant moving to lighter weights so I could complete the move. I felt more of the muscles engaging when I focused on that. Thank you!

Amy, thanks for another great workout! I actually like a whole set on the floor because I can do it and I feel successful (some modifications). I appreciated the standing option for plank with knee crunches. Getting up and down during a set is just not doable for me right now. Plank balancing on one foot isn’t doable either. Maybe when the foot has finally healed but I’m moving and on my feet. No more chair workouts, progress!❤
