That was a toughie, If I am honest I prefer your other videos where you lead, but saying that it was good to get something different and will do these ones to switch it up every now and then.

I did the KB Complex and loved it, so I figured, let's do the DB Complex and I loved it even more! This format is so awesome and the cardio just pushes that challenge a little more!! A definite favorite for me! ⚡🔥💦🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩!

I have never done one of this complex and i burned sweating and it flew by.
Really liked this format! It wasn’t as high paced as the AMRAP or EMOM but I quite enjoyed it!

I liked it, except I did the total body fusion the day before, so my arms were still sore. I had to use light weights, so I didn’t enjoy it as much as I would have if I waited another day,

I like this format a lot. It's a good combination between strength and cardio workout. Usually after I do your strength workout I feel like I need to do some cardio, but I don't feel that way after during this dumbbell complex workout.
