What kind of bench is that called that moves out of the way when you take the weight off the rack.I like to do declines,but hate gyms and want one that has that ability ,because mine is hard to rack and i always hit the rack brackets on the press.,

its 160kg. Thats still pretty damn impressive at that bodyweight. I actually cant wrap my head around how strong u are. I have been lifting for 10 years already (just some regular bodybuilding style training). And now the recent year i got into strongman and the conjugate method. But god damn 10 years of my life lifting, and im still far away from you in every lift. My max bench is 140kg and 85kg strict OHP. Squats and deads i wont even mention. But getting there slowly, and thank you for all the awesome content!
Omar, I had a really weird dream that I have to tell you about. I don't really remember a lot of what happened, but basically I was in my cousin's school bathroom just messing around doing random stuff. Next thing I know I have my very own baby in my arms wrapped in a blanket (I'm 16 btw, a little young to have a kid). So I pulled the blanket away from his face so I could look at him and it was you with a baby body wrapped in a blanket in my arms! It kinda freaked me out lmao. Idk why I'm telling you this btw, but I thought you might get a laugh out of it if you read it lol.
I ran an extremely complicated periodication program , by the loudest and angriest coaches in america. And after 4 months of build up , starting with baby weights , deloading every 4 weeks , I did an epic peak at 400lbs!!!!!!! But thats was it. Now Im weak and frail again.
I did 248 lbs in bench today and got that as my new alltime pr, without any accessories. I weigh 170 lbs and I'm 19, hope to hit 265+ at the end of this year
