Loved this one! Once again, I didn't think there was any way I could do those plank rows and pop-ups, but then I tried it, and I could! A "doozy", for sure! Thank you!
Not sure how you keep making these amazing workouts. It seems like every day I have a new favorite workout! So proud of myself for being able to use it a 25 lb kettlebell on those gunslingers 💪😅❤

That plank + pop up curl was amazing. It REALLY works all of the muscles that I feel like I need to focus on strengthening, it doesn’t wear me out to the point where I feel like I need to stop, I feel like I can readily achieve and maintain proper form, and it isn’t hard on my joints. So so awesome.

I agree!!! METCON is my favorite month so far!!! And that’s saying a lot because I love all BODYFIT by AMY MONTHS! I’m sweating more.. my heart rate is up… and there’s a wonderful burn!!!!! And loving all the ‘crazy’ new moves!!!!❣️❣️❣️❣️
