I knew when you said "3 rounds of 9 exercises" that this would be tough! And it was! But my upper body needed that extra focus. I loved it! And I truly feel like I did something great for my health today. 💪

I really did like this workout and look forward to a lower body MRT. I especially like that there was not a bonus move. That way I could put all my energy into these moves without saving something for the end. Thank you.

I wish you would put in a longer stretching routine at the end instead of leaving us to find and do our own. And hold the stretches for 30s each for better flexibility.

I loved this format. Really felt like I got a lot done in a short amount of time. I'm not a fan of windmills. End up in so much oblique pain the next day. I have scoliosis so it may be just a mobility issue for me.

I loved this workout. The results of my recent DEXA scan shows my bone density has increased 17.4% since my first one 26 months ago. I've been doing strength workouts every other day since the first scan; many of the workouts have been yours. I no longer have osteoporosis according to the scan. I'm delighted.
