This is your BodyFit by Amy 35 minute Pyramid Stack with Weights Workout. This is day number seven of your Next Level November fitness challenge! We are going to get it all in with a pyramid stack workout: one circuit using our dumbbells and one circuit using our kettlebells. We’re gonna be stacking those exercises 30 seconds at a time and then work our way back down the pyramid. It’s going move quickly, we’re going to get a lot in, and we’re going have a great time doing it.

This was hard but I really liked it. And you offer lots of ways to modify. Knowing I could modify helped me get into the moves and then I found I could do them without modifying. Win!
Just did this workout this morning and loving the stacked pyramid. Realized I was stronger than I thought. Next time I'll try a slightly heavier weight. Thanks Amy for all you do!
Couldn't make sense of that bonus move…
While I prefer the other pyramid, this one wasn't too bad. There was some fumbling on my end as my body was not sure what it was supposed to be doing! Definitely feeling it at the end! Thanks for the variety!
