This was the workout I didn’t know I needed…
After almost two months of not working out, I hurt my bad knee during a warm-up. I never want to do the low impact versions of HIIT, so I searched for a lower body workout on the FB website that would be soft on my knees and found this.
The encouragement Kelly have during the whole workout, my heart is filled and my workout is complete.
This is in one of their programs it’s almost 10pm and believe me I wasn’t in a mood of exercising at all!! As soon as I started listening to what Kelly was talking about I felt so motivated, thanks Guys your workouts and your motivation talks do help and a lot !! ❤️

Thank you Kelli. Back in October I had already completed 4 weeks of FB Fit but then I had to stop for two weeks and I was just feeling overwhelmed, I couldn't seem to find my way back. I've tried rescheduling, then starting again from the beginning, but something felt off. Today I've decided to put FB Fit aside (for now) and I've started Low Impact 2 to show some kindness to my body. Seeing that day 1 was actually your first day back was kinda special, I appreciate everything you said. We've got this 💪

I'm really struggling to get back into working out after our first baby. Honestly, these workouts are perfect. I love how you have 10, 20 and 30 minute options. Also, you two do such a great job commentating as well as helping to inspire ant motivate people. I feel like you always meet your viewers where they are in their health journey. Thank you!!!
