I loved this so much. I felt so strong on the compound moves. I definitely felt the cardio too and had sweat in my eyes the whole time. This is a fun workout.

This was super tough! I was moving slower through the moves, so I wasn’t able to keep up. Trying to not feel discouraged. I finished, but it wasn’t pretty lol.

At least my second if not third time doing this workout… and in a very different stage of my fitness journey. Still excellent. And while entering into a new school year, as a teacher where my brain is MUSH, I’m ever-grateful that following your calendar means I don’t have to think to make sure I’m hitting all the various components and can simply trust that we’re getting the strength, endurance, mobility, power, etc, etc, etc… so thanks again!
