It's so utterly amazing how hard you train when you do bodyweight workouts! This is such a fantastic workout! The way each exercise builds on each other until you know you are working hard and the sweat starts to pour is so awesome! Feeling fantastic! Great workout! 🤩🌟🌟🌟🌟🌠!

Sorry if I yelled at you to leave me alone when you said side planks! Lol 😆 But seriously a great challenging workout. I had to pause it a few times but I finished the whole thing. It's amazing how Bodyweight is more challenging than dumbell or kettlebell. I am soaked in sweat. I had alot of fun. 💜 Thank You! 😊

Wow! What a challenge! Dripping sweat. My legs were jello before the deadlifts and they were giving in when I was trying to stay balanced 🤣 It got a little sloppy, but feeling the burn all over and super proud that I got through it! Thank you!

Really loved the new moves in this and the constant work. I do peloton too and I hate all the pauses between sets. I love how you keep it flowing!
